When is camp?

Trinity Youth Conference begins with camper drop off at 2pm on July 13th. Campers need to be fully checked in by 3:30pm. Parents or guardians are permitted to drive their campers and to help them get settled, but need to leave by 4pm. We have plenty of parking space for campers to drive themselves and park their car for the week. We will acquire all car keys at the beginning of camp.

Trinity Youth Conference ends at Noon on July 19th. All campers need to have their ride home arranged before the start of camp. Parents or guardians will not be permitted to drive fully onto Camp Property until our camp concludes.

Only on very rare occasions do we allow for late drop off or early pick up from Trinity Youth Conference. Those need to be pre-approved by the Director before registration.

Who can come to camp?

Any youth, regardless of religious experience, are welcome to attend Trinity Youth Conference. We continue to aim to create a safe place for all people regardless of race, sexuality, gender, physical ability, or income level. Youth need to have completed 9th grade by summer 2025 and be 15 years old to be invited to attend. Campers range in age from 15-22. If a camper doesn't attend college, they are still invited to participate in camp as long as they are not older than 22.

TYC offers its participants opportunities to explore their faith through powerful worship, caring small groups, recreation, thought-provoking workshops and individual free time in a safe and loving camp environment.

Most other questions can be answered in the registration packet that will be emailed upon registration. We also are happy to talk with you further if you have any specific questions.
