Our Youth Planning Team is responsible for most of the elements that make TYC impactful and special. They decide who will take on which roles and then plan and lead different activities during the days of the week of Trinity Youth Conference. Some of the work is ahead of time, like designing a logo or writing a theme song; the rest of the leadership work happens at camp, like organizing Mixers or Cabin Games.

If you are curious about joining the fantastic group of campers we have on Youth Planning Team for next year, please talk to them. Additionally check out an example of our application below. All Planning Team members must apply through paper application or interview during the week of camp unless otherwise arranged. Our rotating Adult Planning Team is who selects from applicants to serve on Youth Planning Team.
